Vetting Of Prefects

The Vetting of Prefect Candidates is an important stage in the student leadership selection process at Namungoona Parents’ Secondary School (NPSS). During this exercise, aspiring prefects are assessed on their discipline, leadership qualities, communication skills, academic performance, integrity, and commitment to serving the school community.

The vetting process ensures that only capable, responsible, and exemplary students are entrusted with leadership roles. It also provides candidates with an opportunity to demonstrate their vision, confidence, and readiness to uphold the values and standards of NPSS.
